HALIFAX, NS June 14, 2016 - Venor announced today that it is launching Venor Career Management, a career transition division. The division will be led by seasoned career transition professional, Genevieve Belben.

“People are my passion and helping good people successfully navigate difficult career change is what motivates me to come to work every day. I have learned more from my clients over the last twenty years than I have taught them and at the top of that learning is the importance of fit. Venor is the perfect fit for me; they offer high quality and high touch coaching and a ‘one on one’ service that is client-focused. What they have accomplished in the last four years since they started has really impressed me and I am excited to be spearheading our career transition practice.” remarked Belben.

“We’re excited to expand our service offerings to better meet our clients’ needs and have a talented professional in Genevieve lead this division for us.”, says Craig Coady, Venor Co-Founder, “We can now provide more comprehensive support to our clients in managing talent.”

Services offered by Venor Career Management include pre-planning of transition events, management training, on-site support, individual career transition support, one-on-one career counselling, and group sessions.

As Vice President, Belben will bring her twenty plus years of experience consulting with organizations throughout Atlantic Canada, helping Senior Executives strategically plan, coordinate, and execute corporate restructuring plans to bear in starting this division.
