Erika Hildebrand|Senior Consultant

Erika is a dynamic recruiter who has a passion for building strong relationships with her clients and candidates. She brings with her over five years of experience working with large international recruitment firms in Atlantic Canada and Alberta.

Upon graduating from Saint Mary's University with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Certificate in Human Resource Management, Erika relocated to Calgary, Alberta. There she focused on hiring for industrial and technical roles in the oil and gas and manufacturing sectors in Calgary and Northern Alberta. After a few months into the role, she realized how much she loved assisting candidates in making career choices and working with clients to find top talent for their organization.

Erika wanted to continue her career in recruitment when she moved home to Nova Scotia to be closer to her family. She worked as a Consultant with one of the largest engineering recruitment firms in the country, specializing in engineering and technical roles in oil refining, shipbuilding, architecture, construction, and mining in Atlantic Canada. Erika then joined a large international firm, where she began working as a Full Cycle Recruitment Consultant. She is enthusiastic about building strong client relationships and continued to work in a variety of sectors including financial services, transportation, telecommunication and manufacturing.

Erika is a member of the Human Resources Association of Nova Scotia. She resides in Halifax and enjoys yoga, the arts and music and is a supporter of the annual March of Dimes "Rock for Dimes Battle of The Bands."
