Shardeigh’s passion for recruitment developed  when she started working for one of the world’s largest specialist recruitment firms in Toronto where she was responsible for building the office support division. Moving back to Nova Scotia to be closer to family, Shardeigh started working for one of the largest recruitment organizations in Atlantic Canada. It was in this position that Shardeigh gained valuable experience in engineering, information technology, financial services, and accounting and finance.  Most recently Shardeigh worked for one of North America’s largest telecommunications providers where she was instrumental in managing high volume recruits.

Originally from Cape Breton, Shardeigh graduated from St. Francis Xavier University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and completed an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from Nova Scotia Community College.

Shardeigh believes in giving back to the community and has supported the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and the Mulitple Sclerosis Society.

In her spare time Shardeigh enjoys yoga and running.
