Collision Shop Manager

Our client is seeking a Collision Shop Manager to oversee their very successful operations. Leading a strong team of skilled employees, the Manager will ensure the success of the facility in all areas of the business. The Manager is responsible for the day to day activities of the collision shop, while ensuring high quality work and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Collision Shop Manager provides management of all department areas to ensure budgeted measurable results are met or exceeded, while providing leadership to an experienced team.

As the ideal candidate, you are a people focused leader who strives to create a strong team environment that is focused on high quality standards, customer satisfaction and employee safety.  Skilled in financial management, you have experience managing budgets, monitoring KPIs and presenting to management. The successful candidate must have strong management experience in an auto collision environment. The Manager will be hands-on, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
