Corporate Recruiter

Our client, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their team in Saint John, New Brunswick.

As the ideal candidate, you will handle full cycle recruitment for a variety of roles and use talent acquisition technology to produce regular reports. Build a talent pipeline through continuous sourcing (school & industry partnerships and social media) and maintaining relationships with potential candidates. You will assist in developing and managing the recruitment strategy/metrics for various business units and developing the educational/marketing materials. The Corporate Recruiter will attend professional job fairs/recruitment events and work with managers to identify requisition priorities. You will build strong relationships with educational partners to identify top talent, customize a recruiting process based on their programs and drive the co-op and work term programs.

As the successful candidate, you have a minimum 4 years’ experience in a full cycle professional recruiting and school engagement function, preferable in construction/industrial industries combined with post-secondary education in a related field. The Corporate Recruiter has experience with talent acquisition software and has demonstrated experience meeting recruitment KPI’s. You are someone with strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
