Customer Service Representative

Our client, a local and entrepreneurial manufacturing company with global success, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their sales team.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the purchase order management systems. They are responsible for ensuring on time shipping and compliance with requirements; by managing back orders, change requests, special label or packing requirements. They will coordinate with purchasing, sourcing and the warehouses on a global scale to ensure objectives are met. The successful candidate will work within the CRM system to create and maintain customer files, set-up documentation, agreements and prepare and maintain sales reports.
As the ideal candidate, you have experience working in a fast-pace sales organization and you have knowledge of purchasing systems for major box retailers, CPG, EDI or relatable skills. You have strong communication skills and have experience coordinating interdepartmental tasks to accomplish common goals. You have advanced skill levels with Excel and can learn and function within new web systems and application quickly.
