OHD is seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting an exceptional customer service experience with the ability to energize others. As Inside Sales Representative, you will support the Outside Sales team with the on-going sales efforts of the organization while qualifying incoming leads and ensure the lead is moved through the sales process efficiently. Acting as a liaison between Sales, Operation and Administration staff, you make a positive impression with incoming sales leads in support of the Outside Sales team. You will assist outside sales in the preparation of sales quotas and support with the post-sale process.

The ideal candidate for this position will have completed post-secondary education in business administration, commerce or another related field combined with previous sales experience. Possessing excellent time management and organizational skills, the successful applicant will efficiently keep accurate documentation.  As a skilled communicator with well-developed computer skills, you have a dynamic ability to communicate with clients and are able to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment. The Inside Sales Representative  is a process driven individual who can focus on furthering the sales goals of the company. The successful applicant will work close with the sales team and management to continually improve their processes.
