Our client in Halifax and Moncton is looking hire Organizational Designers to join their dynamic team. Our client uses performance excellence principles, methods, and tools to align Purpose, Processes, and People for a variety of industries.

As the ideal candidate, you will be part of an energetic and passionate team that helps organizations improve, innovate, and grow. You will have a keen business acumen and an ability to identify critical constraints and facilitate change through a process lens. You will be experienced with Lean-Six Sigma methodologies. You will work with clients to understand their business through the lens of the customer, help improve their bottom line, help them see constraints in their process, help them assess the competencies of their team, and help them manage their leadership calendar.

As the successful candidate, you are a change leader with experience in leading and implementing process improvements combined with post-secondary education (business, engineering and/or an arts education (with a particular focus on those who love teaching)) or life skill equivalent. You demonstrate a strong understanding of strategy work, LEAN, Six Sigma, project management and change management techniques. You have exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and have the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organization. You are someone with a high level of initiative, patience, prioritization and organizational ability with excellent interpersonal, facilitation and team building skills.
