Our client, consistently regarded as one of the top employers in Atlantic Canada, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their growing PMO. As they continue to mature internal process and adopt new tools and systems, the need for a PM with excellent communication skills grows as this person will liaise with variety of internal business stakeholders on new corporate initiatives.

As the successful candidate, you will lead the development of charters, establish schedules, support strategic and complex technology initiatives. You will develop a deep knowledge of the business and deliver exciting project outcomes with your team. As Project Manager, you will support the maturity of the CPMO and be involved in initiatives that advance how projects are managed in the organization. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership and drive change in a healthcare organization.

The ideal candidate has 10-15 years experience as a Project Manager. You have lead a team and managed large scale, high investment projects in a formal, complex environment. You embrace and manage change effectively and are a dynamic project partner. As an effective communicator, you are able to establish positive working relationships and can easily adjust your communication style for all levels. Your leadership style is collaborative and you are able to optimize the skills and resources of a team. You have experience predicting barriers and challenges and are able to establish effective contingency plans to ensure your projects deliverables are produced. While many of the projects will be technology focused, we are ideally seeking someone with a strong financial acumen as well.
