Store Supervisor

Sussex, New Brunswick

Our client, a home builder in Sussex New Brunswick, is seeking a Store Supervisor to join their team. The Store Supervisor will report to the Operations Manager and be accountable for the overall operation; shipping, receiving, and transporting supplies to and from the production line.                                                                                                                  

As the ideal candidate, you will be managing inventory levels to make sure that there are enough supplies for the daily production requirements and that materials are on the product line at the right time and place. You will also oversee all human resource aspects of the department including; recruiting, hiring, vacation approvals, scheduling, performance reviews and regular coaching.  You will be responsible for working with the production supervisors to develop new programs and controls to improve material flow and storage at the production lines.

As the successful candidate you have proven success and experience managing a warehouse and manufacturing environment. You have experience with lean manufacturing and managing the flow of inventory. You are a people leader with strong communication skills, and enjoy developing new systems to improve efficiencies.
