While we don't lead with the word "headhunter," it's precisely what we do: we identify, assess, and present highly skilled candidates across all of our practice areas.
Venor in Latin means "To Hunt." So we leaned into it, in a way that felt distinctive and grounded. It's the origin of the company name, and it's an honest description of what we do every day.
We say what we think, even when it's uncomfortable. That includes recommending against a search we don't think is right, or telling a candidate something they may not want to hear. Relationships built on honesty last, and that's what we're in the business of building.
