Our client, a start up in Halifax, is currently seeking a highly organised and experienced Administrative Coordinator. It is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, efficient professional to join a dynamic, fast paced work environment.
As the Administrative Coordinator you will be responsible for all coordination and execution of administrative activities, in a very fast-paced and ever-changing working environment. As well as administrative tasks such as including filing, photocopying, booking meeting space you will provide support to the rest of the team including the Accounts managing payables, invoices etc. The Administrative Coordinator will need to be a competent using an Apple MAC, cloud technology together with strong general IT skills, to enable you to act as the person of contact for IT trouble shooting. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint will be assessed.
As the ideal candidate you will work with a high level of speed, urgency, accuracy and flexibility. Being able to multi-task and meet multiple and/or unexpected deadlines in a demanding ever-changing environment. You demonstrate a high level of initiative, consistently striving to create a more efficient environment.
