On their behalf, we are seeking a Bodily Injury Examiner to investigate, interpret coverage, negotiate and make decisions autonomously to resolve complex Bodily Injury & Accident Benefit Claims.  

The Bodily Injury Examiner will collaborate with clients, physicians, treatment providers, employers and rehabilitation workers in the development, approval and implementation and monitoring of case management plans for clients. You will manage complex files in defense litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Providing exceptional client service, you ensure all claims are in accordance with their claims service and policy and procedures guides. You will be in correspondence with Broker network regarding claims. Some travel may be required but would be limited

The ideal candidate has 10+ years working in casualty insurance accompanied with Post-Secondary Education and Industry Designation or willing to obtain Chartered Insurance Professional Designation.  You must be able to obtain Adjusting License in New Brunswick and PEI. You are proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and computer systems in general. You have the ability to assist in training and mentoring of junior team members. Being bilingual is an asset but not a requirement
