Our client, a leader in facilities services is seeking a General Manager to provide leadership to their team. Reporting to the President, the General Manager is responsible for the overall strategic plan and growth of the branch.
As the General Manager, you will be accountable for business budgets and P&L reporting, developing and implementing company policies and procedures, maintaining long term relationships with customers, meeting with clients regularly to ensure that their needs are met, hiring and training all staff members to expected quality standards and conducting annual performance reviews based on KPI’s.
As the ideal candidate, You have a strong demonstrated background in providing customer service which is second to none. You bring forward examples of quality and process improvement in past roles that has enhanced customer service. You understand the importance of processes and have experience creating and implementing KPI’s and best practices.
