Regional Sales Manager

Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for agriculture? Do you take pride in providing advice that helps growers be successful? If so, as Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for all business development and execution of the organization’s sales strategy within a designated territory. The successful candidate will be a results-driven, self-starter with a “Can Do” attitude who has demonstrated past success in business development.

 

The Regional Sales Manager will manage all sales of fertilizer, crop protectants chemicals and other agricultural related supplies within a designated territory while proactively growing the client base and development key business initiatives in order to grow sales volume.   Cultivating positive relationships with customers in the farming community while providing Agronomic services and solutions to help them grow their business. 

 

As the ideal candidate you will have a post secondary degree/diploma in Sciences or Agriculture and at least 2-3 years sales experience within the agricultural industry.  Post secondary education in a related field coupled with several years of experience would also be considered.
