Reporting to the President, the Divisional Controller is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality accounting and financial services. In addition, the Controller will be key to providing financial analysis and reporting that will aid in managerial planning and commercial decision making. Position responsibilities include;

 

  • Financial analysis and reporting on key financial metrics
  • Work with senior management to monitor the performance of existing land holdings and a key contributor to new projects
  • Cash flow management and forecasts
  • Key point of contact for relationships with business partners
  • Analysis of new investment opportunities
  • Preparation of annual financial plan
  • Preparation of year end financial statements

 

Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, leadership and ability to work effectively with multiple teams at both a strategic and operational level. We will be looking for strong business acumen, attention to detail and problem solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a professional accounting designation.
