The Opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Director, the Director of Human Resources is a key member of the Senior Management Team (SMT). The Director of HR leads the Company’s human resources strategy and oversees all aspect of human resource operations across our operations.
This is an opportunity for a leader who enjoys balancing strategy with execution. You will partner closely with leaders across the organization to address people challenges, build leadership capability, and create programs and policies that enhance the employee experience while supporting operational priorities. As a visible and approachable leader, this role will champion an inclusive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture and drive continuous improvement across all areas of human resources.
