As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the Halifax franchise, leading revenue growth, profitability, business development, operations, and team performance. This role combines the responsibilities of a business leader, community ambassador, and people leader, requiring someone who can identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional client experiences. Reporting to the Franchise Owner, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both business performance and the lives of seniors and their families throughout Nova Scotia.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for the growth and performance of the business. Working closely with employees, clients, referral partners, and the local community, you will drive business development, operational excellence, and team engagement while ensuring the franchise continues to deliver exceptional care and achieve its financial objectives.
