What You’ll Do
Reporting to the VP of Corporate Services & Facilities, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will operate as a strategic partner to leadership, translating business priorities into workforce execution. This is a role for a seasoned HR professional who can operate with the judgment and credibility to influence executive decision-making, shape organizational design, and lead workforce planning that positions COVE for long-term success.
The HRBP will be a key advisor to management on organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning, providing the insight and metrics leadership needed to make sound, forward-looking decisions. This includes developing and executing HR strategies aligned with COVE’s broader business objectives, advising on total rewards frameworks relative to market benchmarks, and bringing data-driven perspective to performance, engagement, and retention.
The role carries accountability across the full spectrum of HR: leading talent acquisition and succession planning, overseeing performance management systems that drive high performance strengthen employee engagement, and improve talent retention and leading employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment. The HRBP will also build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with finance, legal, payroll, and IT leadership to ensure HR strategy is embedded across the organization and will ensure governance and compliance standards are upheld throughout.
