The people business is ever-changing, with marriage of talent and business needs providing unique opportunities every single day. We enjoy a fun, nimble and entrepreneurial culture, but our branding and communications still need to be held to the high standards of a professional services firm.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional to join a collaborative team, working closely with consultants across the full-cycle recruitment process from initial engagement through to offer. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing candidates and the day-to-day execution that drives the team’s success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Contribute to team revenue targets, with bonus potential tied to performance and contribution.
  • Attend client meetings with consultants from the beginning of a search through to completion, working closely with them to support the entire search process.
  • Support the development of recruitment strategy, including writing job advertisements, posting positions, and managing applications through LinkedIn and our ATS (applicant tracking system)
  • Meet deadlines and manage timelines effectively, staying current on each search and its stage in the process.
  • Attend client interview meetings, assist with creating interview guides, and schedule interviews for clients and candidates.
  • Process background checks (criminal, credit, education verification, etc).
  • Confidently assist with or conduct reference checks, depending on level of involvement in the search.
  • Write clear, compelling job descriptions, advertisements, executive summaries, and social media postings.
  • Apply creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other channels to identify and engage strong candidates.
  • Handle administrative duties as required, including publishing job ads across portals, managing ATS and preparing proposals and contracts.

What we are looking for:

  • A combination of professional recruitment experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think about the bigger picture.
  • Proven success as a Recruitment Coordinator within the assigned recruitment vertical.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A drive for results paired with perseverance, urgency, and a strong focus on quality and strategy.
  • Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence (EQ), with a demonstrated ability to build trust with candidates and clients alike.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a genuine sense of team spirit.

Pay : $55,000 – $60,000 plus commission
