The Opportunity
In this role, you will own and grow your business unit—driving revenue, building long-term client partnerships, and delivering full-cycle recruitment solutions. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping clients navigate hiring challenges while positioning Venor as their partner of choice. This is an ideal opportunity for someone coming from consulting, recruitment, or professional services, with a strong foundation in business development, account management, and relationship building.
