On their behalf, we are seeking a Vice President of Leasing to provide strategic leadership across Armour Group’s leasing portfolio, spanning commercial, office, retail, and food and beverage properties. In this executive role, you will lead complex lease negotiations, guide leasing operations, and build strong relationships with brokers, tenants, and internal partners to drive portfolio performance and long-term growth. You will also help inform acquisition and development strategy. You are a seasoned commercial real estate leader with a strong track record of delivering results, leading teams, and navigating sophisticated leasing environments, someone who brings sound market insight, strong business judgment, and a collaborative approach that helps you identify opportunities, build lasting relationships, and contribute meaningfully to Armour Group’s broader development goals.

You’ll be joining a leasing team that plays a critical role in connecting the right tenants to the right spaces and ensuring each property continues to grow with purpose. What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee the ongoing work of internal and third-party leasing managers, along with extensive direct leasing across all commercial, office, retail, and food & beverage properties.
• Lead the strategic and larger-scale lease deals and negotiations.
• Manage a team of leasing and administrative staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial brokers, supporting lead generation and the flow of market information.
• Oversee the database of leads, lease expirations, and future prospects, while maintaining a strong working knowledge of competing buildings and opportunities.
• Manage lease maintenance, review offers presented by other leasing managers, and oversee insurance records.
• Collaborate with the legal, construction and operations teams to ensure a smooth hand-off of tenants from lease execution to final acceptance of their premises.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Prior commercial leasing experience representing either landlord, commercial tenants or both.
• 5-10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in business-to-business sales spanning both commercial and executive-level deals. You know how to navigate complex sales cycles, build consensus among multiple stakeholders, and close deals with C-suite decision-makers.
• Proven leadership ability: you’ve hired, supervised, mentored, and directed teams, and you know how to bring out the best in the people around you.
• Strong communication and relationship-building instincts, with a collaborative, results-oriented way of getting things done. You build trust quickly with clients and colleagues alike, and you know when to lead and when to listen.
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
