As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the COO, you will develop and execute business strategies that expand market presence to drive revenue growth. Your leadership will be pivotal in securing new projects, strengthening client relationships, and optimizing project delivery to maximize profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial construction leader with 10+ years of experience in a general contracting environment, demonstrating a proven ability to drive business growth. You have a strong background in construction methodologies, materials, regulations, and safety standards, coupled with deep financial acumen and expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and improving project profitability. A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Project Management is preferred, though extensive industry experience will also be considered. PMP certification is an asset.
You are a skilled negotiator and relationship builder, capable of managing complex projects, leading diverse teams, and driving operational efficiencies. Above all, you are a proactive leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for strategic expansion, and the ability to inspire high performance at every level of the organization.
