On behalf of our professional services client, we are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing administration related to the effective operations of the office
  • Assist in coordinating and booking meetings and meeting rooms. 
  • Photocopy and organize documents for distribution, mailing, binding, and filing.
  • Review documents and correspondence for format, content, grammar, and spelling.
  • Assist with any special projects as required.
  • Other duties as required. 

As the ideal candidate, you have post secondary education combined with a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience. You bring a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality to all interactions. You are proactive in your duties with a degree of service orientation. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
