Global Windows and Doors is a leading manufacturer of energy efficient residential and light commercial windows and doors serving Atlantic Canada since 1999. Our modern 75,000 square foot manufacturing facility is located in Richibucto, New Brunswick.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer; the After Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by overseeing all after-sales services, resolving customer issues, and maintaining long-term relationships. This role involves managing a team of service professionals, coordinating repairs or adjustments, and ensuring the timely and efficient resolution of post-installation concerns.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of service technicians and support staff.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance to meet service goals.
- Provide ongoing feedback and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers with post-sale inquiries or concerns.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Liaise with sales, product development, and installation teams to address product issues and improve quality.
- Provide customer feedback to relevant departments for product or service enhancements.
- Develop and refine after-sales processes to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and implement solutions for recurring service issues.
- Analyze service metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
As a successful candidate you will lead with integrity and foster a collaborative approach with the team built on mutual trust and respect. You will successfully manage the service technicians and after sales department by utilizing resources available for continuous improvement in all aspects of the business operation including but not limited to customer service, internal processes and learning and growth. You will have 3 – 5 years of experience in managing a customer focussed team. Bilingual in English and French is an asset.

You are skilled at communicating professionally with customers and partners, fostering robust relationships. Your analytical expertise and problem-solving abilities are well developed, allowing you to work both autonomously and under deadlines with precision and results orientation.
