Venor is proud to partner with OARO for the recruitment of a member of the Board of Directors.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a C-level executive or active Board member, within tech companies or serving tech industries, including success in scaling software as a service (SaaS) based business operations. Experience working with VC/PE would be an asset. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of governance structures, processes, and best practices. Comfort and skill in business development and networking would also be a valuable attribute. Formal corporate fiduciary board director training and experience would also be an asset. As the OARO team is a blend of native English or Spanish speaking professionals, and numerous current and prospective customers operate in multi-lingual environments, proficiency in multiple languages would also be of value to OARO, though only English is a requirement.
At Venor, we value and celebrate diversity. We welcome applications from all individuals of any race, color, religion, gender identity, orientation, national origin, or disability status.
