What You’ll Do

As a driver of revenue growth, you will:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across target segments, including quick serve restaurants, convenience retailers, office coffee programs, and foodservice distributors.
    Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound lead nurturing, and strategic outreach.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
  • Partner with internal teams (engineering, marketing, product, service) to craft customized solutions and compelling proposals.
  • Represent SureShot at industry events, tradeshows, and customer meetings, articulating our value proposition with confidence and expertise.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data, reporting on activity, trends, and revenue opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management — ideally within equipment, technology, or foodservice industries.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and a proven ability to close deals and drive adoption of technical or value-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strategic thinker and self-starter, comfortable managing autonomy and shifting priorities.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and pipeline management.
  • Travel flexibility to meet customers and partners as needed (up to 50% travel).
