What Will You Be Responsible For?
- Executive Alignment: Your primary allegiance is to the Executive Team, working collaboratively to ensure overall success measured by cash flow.
- Cash Flow Mastery: You’re in charge of the supply side, overseeing Order Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Services. Your focus is on delivering customer value, measured in gross profit and EBITDA.
- Continuous Improvement: You analyze key metrics like customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and profitability, using this data to drive ongoing improvements.
- Growth Strategy: You’ll develop and execute a plan that maximizes your business unit’s market potential, pushing boundaries with existing technology in current markets.
