On their behalf, we are looking for a visionary and hands-on Chief Technology Officer. Someone who balances high-level strategy with a deep-rooted passion for engineering excellence. You are a multifaceted leader, blending technical mastery with the ability to build and empower high-performing teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for guiding the platform’s evolution while directly coaching developers and making critical architectural decisions. What You’ll Do

• Lead and Empower: Act as a strong people leader, creating processes and plans that empower the engineering team to do their best work.
• Architectural Oversight: Deep dive into complex architectural decisions, ensuring the platform remains scalable and performant.
• Hands-on Coaching: Maintain a heavy involvement in engineering work, providing direct mentorship and technical coaching to developers.
• Scale the Vision: Lead the technical evolution of the company as it prepares for significant scaling and growth.
• Define Standards: Establish and document organizational technical standards to ensure long-term system health and maintainability.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with leadership to align technical strategy with business goals and customer satisfaction.

• Regulated Experience: A track record of working in gaming or other similarly regulated industries is considered a strong asset.
