Attracting and retaining top talent is one of the biggest challenges employers face.  As a Client Service Specialist you will be supporting clients and the team to ensure employers have access to a unique suite of solutions and a proven process to make a difference for them and their team.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a talented bi-lingual Client Service Specialist to join their growing team. As the Client Service Specialist in the Greater Moncton region you’ll help service and grow an existing group benefits block of business and help local chambers of commerce support their members.  As part of their 360° ImpactTM process, you will have access to leading providers like: Blue Cross, Manulife, Sunlife and exclusive access to the Chambers Plan – Canada’s #1 Employee Benefits program.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Impact Wealth group advisory and administrative support team to ensure a high level of client support and satisfaction
  • Assisting current clients with questions or concerns as required
  • Maintaining an internal CRM platform in areas of responsibility 
  • Developing and maintaining a high level of expertise of employee benefits solutions including staying updated on industry trends
  • Helping support our Group Benefits Advisors to build and develop sales funnels to identify employers in the region who are a good fit
  • Working closely with local Chamber of Commerce offices in the region to promote the Chambers Plan to their membership
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of an annual marketing plan in the region
  • Support marketing campaigns including print and digital media
  • Helping to building a network of referrals and centres of influence through exceptional service
  • Participating in networking opportunities that support growth initiatives
  • Ensuring a positive impact within the communities we operate

As the successful candidate, you  ideally possess 2 years+ working in a professional services environment preferably within the financial services sector in a B2B role. You are an individual who is a passionate service-oriented professional who deeply cares about helping others. You are a friendly, community-minded team player who wants to contribute to the growth of the firm and the region. You can successfully work independently and deliver results in areas of responsibility, and have excellent interpersonal skills both in person and virtually to build trust with clients

As the ideal candidate, you are someone who has great organizational skills and has a proven high level of time management skills. You are a gifted communicator in both French and English and are a capable forward-thinking collaborator. You have the demonstrated ability to identify client problems and needs and offer solutions, and bring to the table a knowledge and understanding of building and managing a sales funnel including all stages of the sales cycle.
