What You’ll Be Doing:

Reporting to the Director of Estimating, the Estimator is responsible for meeting deadlines while producing accurate estimates for both subcontracted and self-performed scopes of work. The ability to effectively communicate and build strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients is a must. The ideal candidate will have estimating experience in preconstruction/construction management, lump-sum and design build projects.

What We’re Looking For:

As the successful candidate, you have 5+ years of proven experience working as an Estimator for a General Contractor or Subcontractor in the ICI and multi-tenant residential sectors combined with a bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in engineering/construction management of equivalent experience.

You have a competitive drive and are a team player with a keen eye for detail to meet compeititve deadlines. You are flexible and able to work within tight project schedules & deadlines using Microsoft Office Suite and other estimating software.
