Reporting into the Halifax Management Team, the First Impressions Coordinator would act as the first point of contact for clients, headquarters, and local realtors. As an integral part of the Halifax office, the successful candidate will assist in liaising with Sotheby’s International Realty Canada marketing team, support realtors in the office through onboarding and administrative tasks, and assist with operational matters throughout the Atlantic offices. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the first point of contact between the Halifax office and the SIRC corporate teams (marketing, compliance, and conveyance)
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new agents 
  • Manage office social media accounts
  • Provide administrative support for the Halifax office
  • Coordinate events, including organizing, sourcing food and drink requirements, and any other event setup
  • Provide ongoing agent support

As the successful candidate, you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience working as an office administrator (working as an administrator in the real estate industry is considered an asset)
  • Are social media savvy
  • Have top-notch organization and time management skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented environment
  • Are hardworking, dedicated, and a self-starter
  • Either currently or at one point held your real estate license (an asset)
