Our client, Ergoworks Atlantic, is seeking a highly motivated General Manager to provide leadership to their teams in Halifax and Moncton. 

Ergoworks, founded in 1995, is a premier provider of furniture and architectural solutions for the commercial, government, healthcare, and education markets. They provide all services related to creating and recreating commercial spaces from the design phase, project management phase, installation phase and on-going customer support. This is accomplished through their team of sales and design professionals, order and project support teams and certified installation teams. Ergoworks has built their brand through a commitment to creating innovative spaces with sophisticated product solutions and extraordinary customer service.

Reporting to the President, the General Manager will provide leadership and management of all sales and operations within the organization. The General Manager is responsible for the financial and overall performance, along with the day-to-day operations including sales, customer service, inventory management, and safe and efficient operating practices. The General Manager will play a key role in the overall strategic direction and growth of the organization.

Well-respected in the business community, you are a sales and marketing professional with operational experience and a proven track record of growing an existing customer base and identifying new opportunities. You are an enthusiastic team player who can seamlessly integrate and continue to uphold the strong values within the culture as you collaborate with the team to continue its growth trajectory. Strong business acumen, operational competence, communication, strategic planning, and critical thinking skills are some of the competencies you exhibit daily.
