Venor is pleased to partner with our client Ultimate Windows, Doors & More in their search for a General Manager for their Halifax store in Bayer’s Lake.

About the Opportunity 

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to take charge of the business operations of a well-established market location, boasting over 30 years of success. Reporting to the ownership team, this role oversees not just the sales and service teams, but also the intricate logistics of product delivery and the coordination of the dedicated installation teams in the field. You will spearhead the development and execution of robust business plans that cover all operational facets—sales, service, installation, and delivery. You will also ensure these plans align with the long-term strategic objectives and market demands. As a leader, you will foster an environment that embodies trust, mutual respect, and integrity, nurturing a culture of excellence that values and celebrates high performance.

About You

As the ideal candidate, you bring 5+ years of experience in business management or multi-functional leadership experience. A University Degree in a business discipline or equivalent with extensive experience in sales and/or sales management, particularly within the construction industry, is highly desirable. Your ability to connect and communicate effectively with diverse individuals sets you apart. Coaching, mentoring, and team building come naturally to you. Additionally, your sharp analytical abilities and strategic decision-making approach equip you to tackle challenges and drive organizational success.
