On their behalf, we are seeking a Growth Strategy Manager to develop and execute their acquisition strategy. The Growth Strategy Manager is a newly created position initiated in part of the organization’s aggressive growth strategy. The Growth Strategy Manager will build relationships with dealers and OEMs across the Maritimes and beyond to identify prospects and evaluate market opportunities for cultural fit. The Growth Strategy Manager will actively manage an acquisition pipeline while assisting the Controller in evaluating prospects for structural and financial suitability.
As the ideal candidate, you have post-secondary education in business or a related field, combined with a MBA or professional designation. The successful candidate will have proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, acquisition pipelines and/or selling a business. The Growth Strategy Manager will have a proven network within the local business community with a strong reputation of trust. Dealership industry experience would be an asset.
