Commissionaires offers a wide range of security services including professional guarding, monitoring and surveillance, threat risk assessment, non-core policing, by-law enforcement, digital fingerprinting as well as criminal and employee background screening.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Client Sales and Services is responsible for developing and servicing positive, productive long-term relationships with customers throughout New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.
What you will be doing:
- Delivering against company’s gross revenue growth and margin targets
- Responsible for strategic client / key contact relationship management
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Acting as the lead client contract negotiator
- Fulfilling key contract administration functions
- Driving and coordinating all market intelligence activities
- Developing and promoting a client-centric mindset throughout the organization
- Constructively representing the division on the national stage
- Positively representing Commissionaires NB & PEI across key stakeholder groups
As the ideal candidate you have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, combined with 5-10 years’ of business development and client management experience in a B2B business model. Strong communication skills are necessary, with an exceptional ability to successfully formulate business approaches and solutions to various audiences.
Previous experience in security or a related industry is considered an asset, with a preference for individuals who are fluent in both official languages (written and spoken). ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation or similar is desired.
