  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and contractors, to support company initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report HSE performance to senior leadership to drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring:

  • Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of progressive HSE leadership experience in mining or other high-risk industrial environments.
  • Proven experience implementing and improving HSE management systems across complex operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting.
  • Demonstrated leadership in risk management, incident investigation, and team development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Professional certification (CRSP, CSP, CHSC, P.Eng., or similar) is an asset.
  • Ability to travel to operational sites as required.
