In-House Counsel

We are proud to be partnering with Northrup Group to recruit an In-House Counsel in Saint John, New Brunswick.

The Role

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in corporate commercial law, practicing in a law firm that deals with complex transactions involving corporate clients or experience as in-house counsel in scaled organization.

Your role will require you to provide legal advice and counsel in areas of mergers and acquisitions, financing, property transactions, leasing, drafting and implementation of agreements, corporate governance, employee relations and other corporate counsel responsibilities. It is expected that you thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever changing priorities and mandates.
