Job Summary 

As the Manager of Creative and Design, you will take the lead in defining the creative direction and aesthetic of our new home designs—from initial concept through to final execution. With a discerning eye for emerging design trends and a deep understanding of what makes a home both beautiful and functional, you’ll champion innovation while ensuring alignment with market demand, budget considerations, and our brand identity. Key Responsibilities

• Design Leadership: Develop and implement creative home design strategies that align with the company’s vision and brand identity.
• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end design process, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion.
• Team Collaboration: Engage with the team to understand their design preferences, provide design consultations, and ensure satisfaction with the final product.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in home design.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to create cohesive and market-driven design solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all design outputs meet high functional standards while adhering to budget and compliance requirements.
• Technology Utilization: Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Soft Plan)
• Reporting: Maintain the status of projects, versions, and updates to align trade partners and internal team members.

Qualifications

As the ideal candidate, you have 5 years of experience in home design or residential architecture, supported by a strong portfolio that showcases both creative vision and technical execution. You hold a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, and are proficient in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD and SoftPlan, along with digital presentation tools. You’re a confident and collaborative leader with exceptional communication skills, capable of guiding both the creative vision and the execution process. Highly organized and detail-oriented, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at managing multiple projects while maintaining high standards of design quality and functionality.
