The Opportunity

As a key member of the administrative team, you will help ensure collaboration across all company entities runs smoothly and efficiently. This position requires someone who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality. It is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in supporting a multitude of business functions. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Registering and onboarding clients accurately and efficiently
  • Managing data entry and electronic correspondence
  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
  • Preparing and organizing medical packages
  • Reviewing and verifying required medical documentation for completeness
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential patient files, charts, and records
  • Conducting urinalysis with chemstrip (PPE provided)
  • Following detailed medical and administrative procedures
  • Providing general administrative and office support as required
  • Demonstrates reliability and professionalism as a valued member of the team

What You’ll Bring

  • Completion of an Office Administration Program (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of experience in office administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong general computer skills
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time-management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to be cross-trained across multiple administrative functions
