Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Mobile Banking Specialist (MBS) achieves proactive sales results, maximizing the opportunity for CUA to meet all of their members’ financial and banking needs. The position executes strategic business development and relationship management activities to secure new members in the defined target market segments. In addition, the MBS ensures that all sales and advisory services directly help members to achieve their full financial potential and also meet CUA’s business objectives.
As the successful candidate, you have a proven ability in sales and service to financial customers/members. You thrive in an environment with clear goals, working within a 100% commission compensation structure and achieving targets by engaging and securing new business. You can proactively identify ways that members’ needs can be better met, thus building superior interpersonal relationships. As an expert in general banking services, you will have detailed knowledge of all of CUA’s products and services allowing you to operate independently, whilst proactively in pursuit to achieve results and exceed targets.
As the ideal candidate you have an Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a sales position within a financial institution; or an acceptable combination of training and experience. As a self-starter, you are goal orientated, whilst remaining focused on achieving exceptional service standards. You consider yourself to be an expert in general banking services, including detailed knowledge of financial products and services.
