As part of a global team, you will be working with highly experienced talent to maintain and enhance different components of our Customer Facing Digital Solutions. As a .Net Developer, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, striving to translate business needs into pragmatic and functional application/technology solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Strong windows knowledge and understanding of the Windows core services
  • Knowledge of deploying and supporting Active Directory
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (VLANs, TTL, DNS)
  • Being able to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that might involve 3rd party vendor involvement
  • Deep knowledge of different hardware platforms (HP BL & DL series, Cisco UCS, Dell)
  • Knowledge of virtualization concepts such as VMware (vSphere, vCenter, SRM vROPS), XenApp, and Microsoft AppV, Microsoft Clustering
  • Proficient with documentation of standards, knowledgebase articles, how-to’s, and other operational guides
  • Responsible for the installation, configuration, and integration of Windows servers into a project environment; including managing user/group accounts and policies, installing/configuring middleware connectivity clients, installation and integration of COTS and third party software, System and software patch, and license management, System backup and recovery
  • Responsible for administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of server environments running under Windows Operating Systems, and configuration management
  • Responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various infrastructure tools including middleware, Java, .net
  • Provide resolutions to an extensive range of complicated problems
  • Provide solutions and technical leadership; Critical thinking capabilities
  • Interact with senior customer personnel on Microsoft systems technical matters
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities and follow through on tasks 
  • Flexible working on off-hours, weekends, and even holidays
  • Being able to work in a team environment
  • Windows, networking, and other technology-related certifications
  • Identify, research, evaluate, recommend and develop new technology. Evaluates emerging technologies and make recommendations on their viability
  • Oral and written presentation

What we are looking for:

  • Programming and cloud experience in C#, API management, Logic Apps, Azure function and Azure integration platform, Rest APIs, MS SQL, Core .NET
  • Willingness to do multiple tasks
  • Experience with Web/Front-end components such as Angular, React, JavaScript, ASP.NET Core, and jQuery, exposure to Object Oriented JavaScript / modern JavaScript libraries (Angular, React)
  • Sound understanding of RDBMS and Data Repositories (SQL Server, MySQL,  Azure)
  • Some knowledge of integrating solutions with Microsoft applications (Sharepoint, Exchange, MS Dynamics CRM 365) by exposing/consuming APIs via Microservices (Rest and SOAP) and/or using MS Graph or MS Windows Flow
  • Practical experience in branching, merging code, continuous testing and software delivery pipelines and containers using Visual Studio, Test Manager, Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps
  • Real-life experience with Agile methodologies including SCRUM; experience working with Product Backlogs using either JIRA, Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps
  • The ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly
  • A history of successfully bringing innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Very strong problem-solving and analytical skills 

Desirable Experience:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field
  • Experience advocating and evangelizing best practices such Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Delivery (CD)
