We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is an integral part of our commercial HVAC sales department, providing the opportunity to actively contribute to our success while developing technical expertise in our products and services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and customer-focused professional eager to build strong relationships with clients and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to meet both company and client needs.
- Represent and promote our product range to various stakeholders, including contractors, business owners, consulting engineering firms, and the ITC Technologies sales network.
- Analyze market trends and identify the competitive positioning of our products to develop strategic sales approaches.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including preparing quotations, overseeing production start-up, commissioning products, and providing post-sales support.
- Collaborate with contractors and engineering firms to design and implement mechanical systems that align with client specifications and industry standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring rigorous follow-ups, responding to inquiries promptly, and resolving any concerns efficiently.
- Conduct technical presentations on product features, installation processes, and application benefits to educate and inform customers.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least five years in the HVAC industry is a must
- College degree in Building Mechanics or a MET diploma.
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building, or Construction.
- P.Eng would be an asset.
- Proven sales experience.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities to foster long-term client partnerships.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Active listening skills with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales strategies, customer service, and follow-up techniques.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently under time constraints.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and proactive with a resourceful approach to challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is an asset.
