Reporting to the Owner/CEO of Nova Capital, the President will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and operational management of two sister companies of Nova Capital: Atlantic All-Weather Windows Ltd and Premier Win Dor Services Inc. This executive role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record, who can drive performance, foster a collaborative workplace culture, and ensure sustainable growth. The President will also be a key member of the Nova Capital Executive Team, contributing to the overall strategic direction to the group of companies.
The President will provide visionary leadership and operational oversight, collaborating with ownership, the Nova Capital Executive Committee, and management teams to develop and execute the company’s strategic direction. This role entails full P&L accountability, with responsibilities spanning financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, as well as optimizing daily operations across production, sales, marketing, procurement, IT, HR, and finance. The President will cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders—employees, customers, suppliers, and ownership—while building a high performing executive team and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. This leader will drive market expansion through strategic analysis, product development, and customer engagement, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, with an unwavering focus on safety, quality, and excellence.
As the ideal candidate you have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, engineering, business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree would be an asset. You have 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing or a related industry.
