The Production Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future of production operations. This position offers the opportunity to lead a diverse team, strengthen operational excellence, and drive impactful improvements across a multi-department manufacturing environment. What you’ll be doing

• Oversee day-to-day and long-range production schedules across all manufacturing lines.
• Coordinate workflows across windows, doors, glass, paint production, shipping/receiving, maintenance, and purchasing.
• Manage staffing levels and resource allocation to meet production goals and delivery commitments.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational standards across the facility.
• Partner with engineering and QA teams to uphold consistent product quality.
• Monitor and manage operational budgets, balancing cost efficiency with product quality.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Ensure the facility supports safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and frontline team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support professional growth.
• Communicate goals clearly, fostering engagement and collaboration across teams.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process-improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership and sound decision-making abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-focused, collaborative, and performance-oriented.
• Maintaining and growing a positive work environment.
• Cost-conscious with the ability to balance budget targets and product quality.
