In keeping with that commitment, we’re recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to work out of the Venor HQ in Halifax. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to use their exceptional administrative and research skills while immersing themselves in the dynamics of the local technology sector.

What you’ll be doing:

Every day is different at Venor. You’ll be working with the tech recruitment practice team, playing a key role supporting day-to-day operations. Sometimes your focus could be configuring and running reports in our internal CRM, while other days you might be conducting market research for global leaders in software development. We help clients fill gaps, and right now the gaps we can use help with are:

Administration – managing candidate and client data in our CRM, building reports and monitoring KPIs, managing memberships, coordinating schedules/events, tracking timelines, and taking notes. You’ll be hyper-organized, a master multitasker, and have great attention to detail. Venor moves at a fast pace and you’ll help us keep up.

Research – using your proven research skills you can help us uncover digital candidate profiles and online sources of talent. You can find a needle in a haystack… or, better yet, know the boolean strings to uncover that hidden gem on Linkedin. You’ll stay on top of recruitment/tech trends and be able to present your findings using the appropriate medium.

Writing – drafting job descriptions, writing proposals, editing/proofing documents, managing social media or, if you are inspired, contributing to our company’s blog. You are an expert with written communication. 

Recruitment Support – checking references, tracking projects, and keeping everyone on the same page is all in a day’s work.
