In support of its new five-year strategic plan, Commissionaires is seeking a Regional Manager for the Northern region of New Brunswick.
The Regional Manager (RM) – Northern New Brunswick will represent Commissionaires NB & PEI and be responsible for existing and prospective client relationships while leading our site supervisors and commissionaire teams across the region. Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery & Support, the Regional Manager will also matrix into the Head of Client Sales & Services specifically on aspects of business/client development.
Core Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Head of Service Delivery & Support, and collaborating with the Head of Client Sales & Services, the Regional Manager will:
Represent Commissionaires NB & PEI in Northern New Brunswick
- Actively represent the Corps in the business community and the region at large
- Be the industry authority with the Northern New Brunswick region
- Monitors trends in local and regional markets/industries and identify solutions to promote/provide
Lead region-specific business development activities
- Develop sales growth plans specific to the region while coordinating with the Head of Client Sales & Services
- Establish, cultivate and maintain productive/high value relationships with new and existing customers in the region.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities.
- Maintain a high profile with clients through regular visits to worksites to engage with clients and ensure service meets their expectations.
Lead Operations for Northern New Brunswick
- Achieve operational excellence and quality in support of corporate and client expectations
- Inspire and motivate your team by providing highly visible leadership and management to all regional teams assigned
- Communicate clear, aligned goals and actively measures against goals with Site Supervisors
- Collaborate with relevant departments of Commissionaires to ensure all Operational, Quality and Corporate requirements are achieved in the region
As an ideal candidate you will be a dynamic leader with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and expanding our presence in new and existing markets throughout Northern New Brunswick. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent education combined with practical experience. A Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation or other professional security designation with related industry experience is considered an asset. Ten (10) plus years of operations management experience. Proficiency in both written and spoken French and English is required for this role.
As a successful candidate you will demonstrate an ability to effectively develop, lead, and manage a team. Proven track record in business development and sales, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
