Venor is proud to partner with our client, Belron Canada, in their search for a Regional Manager – Retail Operations. Belron Canada, the Canadian division of Belron International, offers unique know-how, rigorous safety standards, customized service, state-of-the-art technologies and a comprehensive training program. They are a leader in vehicle glass repair, replacement and distribution, in addition to being experts in advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) front camera recalibration. With more than 325 service centres, 2 distribution centres, 26 warehouses and over 1,200 employees across 10 provinces, Belron Canada operates under the Speedy Glass, Lebeau Vitres d’autos, Apple Auto Glass and Broco Glass banners to ensure local service for their customers across Canada.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Regional Manager – Retail Operations will oversee the management of 12 service centers, with 6 located in Nova Scotia and 6 located in Newfoundland and Labrador. This role will drive operational performance by offering world class customer service to customers and capitalizing on every opportunity. The Regional Manager will execute operational excellence by implementing operational procedures and processes; utilizing workforce planning and scheduling to ensure strategic recruitment meets business needs; understanding the market; and attaining and surpassing financial objectives. This position is also responsible for building and developing high performance teams by coaching and supporting service centre managers; creating and executing development action plans; and providing an ideal organizational climate.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a high school diploma or university degree and a minimum of 5-7 years experience as a multi-unit manager (regional or district level). Equivalent education and experience will be considered. With their proven track record of success in their ability to lead and influence, the incumbent is able to focus themselves and their team on the business unit and be a leader of change. Excellent interpersonal communication and a strong customer focus allows the ideal candidate to develop amazing relationships to build outstanding partnerships. The successful candidate will have effective verbal and written communication and possess demonstrated capabilities in time management, negotiation, multi-tasking, decision making and problem solving. Frequent travel to service centres will be required.
