Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive sales, manage client relationships, and expand our business in Manitoba. This role is ideal for someone from a water-based background who loves the outdoors and thoroughly enjoys talking to people about water-based recreational activities. As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our presence in Manitoba, working closely with clients, and overseeing projects to ensure they deliver for the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our market presence and achieve growth targets in Manitoba.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with clients, contractors, and community stakeholders.
- Drive new business development through proactive outreach and market research to identify opportunities and partnerships.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all installations meet East Coast Docks’ quality standards.
- Led and supported a regional team, guiding to achieve sales and project goals.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to ensure regional efforts align with company-wide objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics, customer feedback, and industry trends to enhance our products and services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management or business development, ideally within the construction or waterfront industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and problem-solving.]
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales and growth strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of waterfront construction and relevant regulations is an asset.
