Release Management encompasses the planning of hardware and software releases to create a defined set of release components. The Release Management Coordinator analyzes and identifies integration points and dependencies between work streams within a release, working with the PMO to monitor, track and escalate issues and risks as required. The Release Management Coordinator engages with projects in early phases to ensure alignment with the overall release calendar and corresponding freeze periods.
